My role involved enhancing the interaction design for core functionalities, ensuring UI/UX consistency, and establishing a unified design language across all digital domains, including the mobile app, web, and physical device interfaces.

To empower users to effortlessly manage their BISSELL smart products from anywhere, ensuring intuitive remote control and personalized cleaning insights.
To simplify the reordering process for cleaning formulas, parts, and accessories directly through the app and web.
To provide valuable in-app and web resources for product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting, fostering long-term value for consumers.
